Since 2006, the homeowners of Sutherland Farms have controlled the HOA via a volunteer homeowner elected, board of directors consisting of five homeowner representatives and four officers. As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is maintained along with protecting and preserving the rights of all of our homeowners.
